Joel Markham

Founder and CEO
Joel spent ten years working in senior roles at Lloyds Bank, Babcock International Group and Companies House. He observed that everyone had the same view that projects were always late and painful, and he was determined to change this perception. Since starting a Project Portfolio Management business in 2012 and refining it to become iCoTech Services in 2018, Joel now leads a innovative, agile team committed to delivering at pace and within a competitive budget.

Craig Norman

Delivery Manager
Craig is a ‘Prince 2 Practitioner’ with experience in business transformation through delivering Programmes across both Public and Private sectors. His focus is the delivery of iCoTech’s bespoke Microsoft 365 solutions. Craig has also spent over 25 years aimlessly chasing after a white ball on the golf course.

Chris Tomkins

Head of Power Platform Development
Chris is responsible for maintaining and developing bespoke project management software solutions for our clients. He specialises in Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform. Chris is also an avid gamer and tends to spend time with his friends going away for weekend trips.

Rob McGoun

Partner Manager
Rob’s background is deeply rooted in technology and sales. He is passionate about digital transformation and delivering value@pace to our clients. In his free time, he enjoys the peace of the countryside and has a keen interest in motorsport, gaming, and all things technology.

Richard Jones

Business Development Manager
Richard’s previous experience is centered around sales and customer service, mainly in the insurance, data centre and telecoms industries. He is passionate about getting the right solutions for clients and delivering what has been promised. Outside work he enjoys golf, rugby and spending time outdoors with his family.
