Our team understand the project challenges because we’ve been there. Our senior management team have years of working in the project management space and have encountered the issues that project managers face on a daily basis first-hand. iCoTech Services was created to solve these problems and introduced best practice whilst recognising that every organisation is different and there is never a one size fits all solution.

Who Are We?

Joel Markham

Founder and CEO

Joel spent ten years working in senior roles at Lloyds Bank, Babcock International Group and Companies House. He observed that everyone had the same view that projects were always late and painful, and he was determined to change this perception. Since starting a Project Portfolio Management business in 2012 and refining it to become iCoTech Services in 2018, Joel now leads an innovative, agile team committed to delivering at pace and within a competitive budget.

November 2018

Joel Markham founded iCoTech Group Ltd.

January 2019

Work commences with our first customer – Betty’s & Taylors Group.

June 2019

iCoTech starts work with The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

August 2019

iCoTech starts working with The Intellectual Property Office.

January 2020

We hosted our first webinar ‘Project Failure – Why Projects Fail’.

September 2020

 iCoTech becomes a Microsoft Certified Silver Partner​.

September 2020

iCoTech launches our PPM solution – iCoPlan.

February 2021

iCoTech becomes a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner.

July 2021

iCoTech Services moves it’s offices, iCoHub to the heart of Cardiff – Cardiff Bay.

October 2021

iCoTech Service’s work force double’s in size to meet customer demands.

March 2022

iCoTech Services engages with Staffordshire Police going on to sell iCoPlan to our first UK based Clients.

August 2022

iCoTech goes international, after selling our PPM solution iCoPlan to RCP – Based in New Zealand.

September 2022

We attended our first exhibition at Project Challenge in the QEII Centre in London.
